'THE VOICE'S' JAMAR ROGERS WANTS TO GET AMERICA TALKING ABOUT HIV

Jamar Rogers is another contestant on The Voice that we've seen before. Rogers was a contestant on American Idol's season 8 , but his first time on reality TV, Jamar hid the fact that he was HIV positive.

Now, Rogers -- a member of Team Cee Lo -- is coming clean about his past as a crystal meth addict and his present day life with HIV.

He explained to us why he decided to go public with his story this time around: "I did American Idol a few years back. and I remember just being completely petrified throughout that whole process that you know the producers would find out or maybe my roommate would find out and I just lived with this massive like cloud over my head, kind of in the shadows and one of the things I wanted to do with the voice, was I began to realize that we needed to have a national conversation about this because there's a lot of young people that are dying from this that don't have to and I wanted to get the word out there that if you take your meds, take care of yourself, that it's definitely manageable. I have now been undetectable for five years."

EVA MENDES SAYS BEAU RYAN GOSLING IS 'AMAZING'

Eva Mendes gushed about her boyfriend Ryan Gosling -- but only as a costar. The actress, 37, told Marie Claire that her beau -- who stars with her in The Place Beyond the Pines -- is "amazing," but refused to discuss their offscreen romance.

When asked about the actor, Eva said, "He's your dream costar. I have never felt so creatively satisfied on a film. He's amazing."

After she was pressed about her feelings, Mendes put the brakes on the conversation. She told the reporter, "Stop, just stop. I'm not gonna budge. I feel uncomfortable talking about it. It's too personal."

Other subjects she had no interest in discussing were marriage and motherhood. Eva declared, "Those are such boring topics to me. I am not that girl. I don't like talking about things that I want in the future because I feel by verbalizing such things, they won't come true."

HEAVILY PROMOTED 'SMASH' DOES GOOD, NOT GREAT FOR NBC

It remains to be seen whether or not NBC's $25 million worth of promotion will pay off for its new series, Smash. 11.5 million people tuned in for Monday night's premiere -- making it the biggest 10 p.m. rating of any drama this season and the largest audience for the network during the time slot in more than three years.

Despite that good news, the audience dropped off sharply from its lead-in, The Voice, which was watched by 17.7 million people.

Before the premiere, Katharine McPhee acknowledged that bringing good ratings was her main priority with Smash. She said that building her reputation from American Idol contestant to serious actress wasn't as important as having people tune in: "There's nothing wrong with knowing where you came from and where you got a stepping stone and that's really for me that's what it was. And for some people it's a massive launching pad and for me it's been a slow build. And I'm very appreciative of it and hopefully people will just see me as, well hopefully just watch the show, that's what I really hope."

JENNIFER ANISTON INSISTS THERE'S NO FEUD WITH BRAD AND ANGELINA

The lonely heart, baby-crazed profiles aren't as inaccurate as the stories about Jennifer Aniston feuding with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. When asked what the tabloids get wrong about her most often, Aniston told InStyle magazine, "The triangle with my ex-husband -- and that there's a feud there. It's constant. It's a story headline that won't go away, but it's a money thing."

She added that the media makes money off "a story that has nothing to do with reality."

Jen also opened up about her beau Justin Theroux, telling the mag that she's in a "joyful and peaceful" place in her life. One of her favorite things about Theroux is his fashion sense, explaining that "it's very specific and it has been his style forever."

Despite his distinctive look, Aniston said it's not rubbing off on her. She explained, "I know people say . . . 'Oh, look, you're dressing alike.' And I think, No I'm not. I've had this jacket for three years!"

KRIS HUMPRIES WANTS PUBLIC BROADCAST OF DIVORCE TRIAL

The public drama surrounding Kim Kardashian's split from Kris Humphries may just be getting started. TMZ.com reported that Kris and his lawyer want his upcoming divorce trial open to the public -- and their cameras.

Sources say that the goal would be to "expose the M.O. of reality TV" by proving in the trial that Kim only married him to get ratings for her reality show. Kim filed for divorce last year after 72 days of marriage, but Kris wants their union annulled based on fraud.

However -- TMZ noted that Humphries has several things working against with the fraud claim. It might not be accepted because, one -- he is the one who proposed, two -- the publicity from the show has made him famous and increased his market value and three -- the couple's prenup accounts for what happens years down the line in their marriage.

TMZ pointed out that providing detailed stipulations for the future proves Kim wasn't planning to end the marriage quickly.

KRIS STARTS SPEAKING OUT

Meanwhile, Kris is starting to talk about his infamous marriage. He assured Access Hollywood that it was real in his eyes. He explained, "I mean, to me it was real. You know, I would never go through something, do something, that wasn't real or I didn't believe in, so I can really only speak for myself."

He added that he hasn't started dating again -- joking that his basketball is his girlfriend.

ZSA ZSA GABOR ABSENT FROM HER 95TH BIRTHDAY PARTY

Zsa Zsa Gabor turned 95 on Monday and to celebrate, her husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt threw a party -- only the birthday girl didn't attend. Gabor stayed behind closed doors at their estate as von Anhalt feted her life with more than 100 guests.

Invitations to the party seemed as though they were written by Gabor herself: "I love you and I hope to see you, but if you can't make it don't worry, I'm planning on celebrating more birthdays over the coming years with my true candle count, going all the way back to Woodrow Wilson's presidency, one of the few White House residents I never met."

The guests feasted on German food, champagne and chocolate cake -- which von Anhalt reportedly presented his wife in her bedroom.

Gabor has been plagued with serious health issues over the past two years including a broken hip, a leg amputated because of gangrene, blood clots, infections, pneumonia, and a loose feeding tube.
